Context
Why this network exists
The PE sector is growing rapidly, and PE firms increasingly recognize that talent and culture drive performance and shorten the value cycle.
CHRO roles in PE‑backed companies differ from those in public corporations, as PE emphasizes the investment case, value creation and exit‑linked objectives.
The fast pace, high performance expectations and frequent organizational or ownership changes demand agility and resilience from CHROs.
PE‑backed companies also tend to have distinct cultures and governance dynamics, creating specific, high‑pressure challenges for CHROs.
True peer support and focused access to PE HR experts can be highly valuable for CHROs and the funds that back them.
